I recently started my first offensive security role. There is a ton of stuff that I don't know but want to learn! I'll be using this blog to document some concepts I've learned (or am in the process of learning). Who knows, maybe someone else will find it helpful too.

Not really big into talking about myself – but – a little about me...

I've been a security engineer for several years. I cut my teeth doing cloud infrastructure security, where I learned a lot about AWS and cybersecurity in general. I spent a little bit of time as a security engineer for a SecOps team. Then, I moved into what some might call a SecDataOps role, dealing with a lot of security data. After almost a couple years doing that, I decided I wanted to learn about offensive security, and jumped in head first with the OSCP. A few months back I transitioned to my current role, where I wear many hats for an offensive security team.

I would consider myself a jack-of-some-trades, master of none 😀
